I can’t wait to introduce you to my blogging bestie, Deb Foglia from the blog Seeking Lavender Lane. We met MANY years ago at a blogging conference and have supported each other, traveled together and watched our businesses grow and evolve together. Her friendship is a blessing to me. Deb loves the Lord, she speaks truth into my life and she is always there to cheer me on. Her style is stunning, she is so truly gifted. I know you guys will love seeing her amazing european farmhouse inspired home and learning a little bit more about her. Enjoy her – I sure do!!!
Tell Us About You: I’m Deb Foglia, I live in NJ with my husband, our two kids, dog, and ducks! I am the blogger behind Seeking Lavender Lane, where I share home decor advice, trends, DIY, and more. Mostly focusing on Old World Charm and European Farmhouse style. I also run a candle line fleur & flame candles where I hand-pour all of our soy wax candles from home. My most recent adventure has been starting my new online vintage marketplace, Vintage Keepers! I created this for an easy way to sell vintage and buy with approachable and fair price points.
Tell Us about Your Style: I truly love many styles, I could easily be English cottage, Eclectic, Mediterranean, French Country, and traditional. I have been currently calling my style European Equestrian Eclectic. Because I love collecting vintage from all of these styles.
Do you collect anything? Tell us how you got started and why you love your collection!
Copper, vintage art mostly! I love watching a home evolve and feel lived in and not just new everything. I love collecting vintage pieces because it gives a home a story.
What is your favorite item in your home?
Hard to say but probably my pine cabinet that I found on fb marketplace. (This is it below—>)
What DIY project are you the most proud of or was the most fun to create?
How do you share your faith in your home/home decor/home atmosphere?
I am not one for signs and so I wouldn’t say I share my faith in my styling of my home, but I do believe the Lord gives us gifts and when we use them we please him. Decorating is one I am thankful that was given it allows me to make a home for my family and feel content when I’m in my home space. I share all the time on my platform to make home an experience. Live everyday intentionally in your home and when you have beauty around you it makes it easier to enjoy.
Where do you get your inspiration for your home decor/projects/art/craft?
I use Pinterest a ton and Instagram! I also love flipping through magazine and design books to study homes and spaces that are beautiful but not necessarily “trendy”.
Where is your favorite place to hunt for treasures for your home?
The flea markets!
Tell us about your online business and why it is dear to you.
