Hi friend. I love today. Today I’m sharing an easy but elegant fall tablescape idea, but that’s not what I love most about today. I love joining these fabulous ladies every fall to bring you a whole week worth of fall inspiration. Every day you can check in for new ideas for table decor, wreaths, fall DIY and fall porches! It’s a whole lotta fall gorgeousness in one spot. I can’t wait for you to visit all my friend’s blogs and see their talent!
Here are the details on my unexpected fall color palette and how to make an elegant fall tablescape on a tight budget, then you can head over and see the other ideas! My fall table and color scheme all started with this gorgeous teapot I scored for $5 at a garage sale. I just knew I could work shades of pink and plum into my fall decor.
I started with a wood tray I made years ago layered over a thrift store scarf that cost a buck!
Next I added some beautiful pink roses from the grocery store into my vintage teapot. Clippings from the yard make for the perfect free accessory to any table.
We love pretty around here, but we are super informal so I use good old paper napkins made elegant with napkin rings. These brass napkin rings are another garage sale score, aren’t they the coolest?
Then I saw these adorable paper plates at Big Lots! Adding them on top of nice textured chargers from Kirkland’s and Maroon velvet chargers from the 99 Cent Only store really brought the paper plates up a notch or two!
Use what you have, throw in some inexpensive paper plates and keep on hunting those garage sales and every table you decorate can be elegant on a budget! Now go see these other fabulous fall ideas coming out this week from my friends:
