When I first stepped into the world of faith art journaling, I was hungry for inspiration. I wanted to learn from other Christian women who weren’t shy about weaving Scripture into their creativity. I wanted to see how they prayed, how they created, how they thought about God. But honestly? They were really hard to find.
I’d discover an artist I loved and think, “Yes! This is what I’ve been looking for.” Their style, their heart, the way they created, it lit something inside me. But I always wanted more. I wanted a space where Christian artists were openly sharing their faith, their process, and their hearts in a way that helped others grow too.
And one day I wondered: What if a group of faith-filled artists all responded to the exact same Bible verse?
Not a trend.
Not a single word prompt.
Not a technique.
Not a worldly theme.
Just Scripture, the living, breathing Word of God, as the center.
That question changed everything.
Why Creative Faith Community Matters
When I think back on how my own faith grew, so much of it didn’t happen alone. It happened in community, watching women practice their faith right in front of me. Praying together. Studying the Bible together. Hearing real people talk to God out loud.
I didn’t know how to pray like that.
I didn’t know how to show up like that.
I didn’t know what a lived-out faith looked like in the day-to-day.
But being in that Bible study, watching these women lift their voices, share their stories, and model their faith, changed me. It grew me. It shaped me. Their example literally raised me up.

A place where we could all start at the same spot, one shared Bible verse, and then watch how differently it blooms in each of us.
Because that’s what makes Faith Fest so powerful:
