Simple Fall Flashcards for Decorating

I’ve always LOVED using flashcards for decorating- mainly for sprucing up little vignettes. Grab a flower frog, stick the flashcard in, and it’s easy as that! I’ve got some free printouts for you to get started- you’ll have simple fall flashcards for decorating in NO time!

1. Print out my FREE flashcard download HERE! I’ve got all different kinds of fall words for you to pick from and even 2 different backgrounds. One is just white and the other is a more “yellow” background, if you’re going for the old manilla folder type look. You can even print on different types of paper and backgrounds if you want to get creative with it!
2. When you cut them out, you can simply cut straight across or round the corners out. A lot of the vintage ones you often see have rounded corners so that’s definitely the way I prefer! 
3. Lastly, age it up! I like to use a dark furniture wax and just brush it along the edges for the best look, but you can definitely just use dark brown paint instead if you don’t have wax on hand! 

It is seriously THAT easy! You can put these simple fall flashcards all over your home, in all types of vignettes and it’s classy and beautiful– and budget-friendly!!! Like I said before, I tend to use a flower frog to stand these up, but you can certainly just lean them up or use a clothes pin to attach it to something, whatever you’d like!! The possibilities are endless!
